Through our busy daily lives and formed habits we can lose body awareness- leading to all soughts of weird sustained positions. Over time this can unfortunately trigger muscle tightness and pain.

Pilates is a series of exercises aimed at retraining the body to become a more efficient and functional version of itself. 
Encompassing core values of; strength, flexibility, stability, postural awareness and efficient breathing it provides a balanced body and mind workout.

Move Pilates Studio provides mat work pilates classes to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Trained in using a variety of pilates props including; therabands, chi balls, toning rings, handweights, ankle weights and gym balls we can tailor a class to your specific needs/wants.
