ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation which has specialised in Aged Care Services in South Australia since 1952. Our aim is to help plan services with you that will enable you to remain as independent as possible in your own home and community. ACH Group's Community Services are tailored to your invidual needs and designed to be there when you need them most. ACH Group - Client Services offers a comprehensive range of quality support packages and services for older people. Services are personalised and flexible and may include - Domestic assistance, personal, car, limited gardening and home maintenance, complex nursing care, shopping, social support and referral to other services. ACH Group also provides specialised services for people with memory loss and their carers
